Lexi Enright, MS, IMFT

My name is Lexi Enright and I am an Independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have a Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northwestern University. I am a Clinical Fellow member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy and I am pursuing certification with the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals. I have experience in counseling children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. My approach to therapy is collaborative which encourages me to meet my clients where they are in order to foster growth, learning and change. I use an integrative practice, pulling techniques and skills from various types of therapy that best fit my clients’ needs. My approach is also systemic, and I find it important to consider how an individual’s emotions, thoughts and behaviors function within a family or other system. This allows us to find ways that we can create lasting change that impacts both the individual and systemic levels.

In addition to working with a diverse population of clients, I especially enjoy working with those who are facing anxiety, depression or who are struggling with family relationships. I also work with individuals who have eating disorders. I bring experience and knowledge from having worked in a PHP/IOP setting and feel very passionate about supporting my clients and their families through this recovery process. My goal is to provide a safe, therapeutic space where my clients are empowered to build insight and to utilize their strengths in order to achieve their goals and attain personal growth.
