Independently Licensed Mental Health Counselor (2+ years post Master’s)

Are you a licensed mental health professional with 2+ years of post-independent licensure experience? We’re looking for specialists in children, adolescents, and family care to join our growing team at Avenues of Counseling and Mediation, LLC!

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience as an LPCC, LISW, IMFT, PhD, or PsyD

  • Passion for working with children, teens, and families

  • Availability for 20+ hours per week with at least 8 hours after 4pm weekdays or weekend hours.

  • Eager to provide a mix of in-person and hybrid therapy sessions

Masters level clinical professionals receive an average of $67,000 for treating 20 clients per week and an average of $135,000 for treating 40 clients per week. Clinical Psychologists receive an average of $88,000 for treating 20 clients per week and an average of $170,000 for treating 40 clients per week.
