Independently Licensed Mental Health Counselor (2+ years post Master’s)

Are you a licensed mental health professional with 2+ years of post-independent licensure experience? We’re looking for specialists in children, adolescents, and family care to join our growing team at Avenues of Counseling and Mediation, LLC!

What you’ll bring:

  • 2+ years of experience as an LPCC, LISW, IMFT, PhD, or PsyD

  • Passion for working with children, teens, and families

  • Availability for 20+ hours per week with at least 8 hours after 4pm weekdays or weekend hours.

  • Eager to provide a mix of in-person and hybrid therapy sessions

Master Level Clinician’s working 25-30 hours a week, range in compensation of $85,000--$110,000+ a year, plus quarterly and annual incentives! Clinical Psychologists, range of $120,000 -- $130,000+ a year, plus quarterly and annual incentives!
