At your scheduled time, our Intake Coordinator will call you at the phone number you provide when booking. Please have a payment method to securely save into your account and information about your schedule available for this call.

No problem. If you don’t schedule a call here, our intake team will still follow up on your inquiry. We may reserve a tentative callback time for you based on our Intake Coordinator’s availability. If we do, you’ll receive an email with the proposed time and appointment details.
